Wholesale Orders

Create an ccount:
To place a wholesale order we simply need your company name, contact information, bill to and ship to address, payment information, and your tax id (retail sales id). Just complete a short application form.
Minimum orders and reorders:
Minimum initial wholesale order is 24 pieces-any combination of character, style, and size. For re-orders, a minimum of 6 pieces are required. If you'd like suggestions as to sizes and quantities, please e-mail or call us.
Payment/Terms:
New customers- At this time, we only accept credit cards, cashier checks or money orders for payment. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment.
Existing customers- Net 30 may be possible with an approved credit application.
Turnaround Time:
Items in stock will usually ship within 3-5 business days. For orders that contain items not in stock, we can usually ship within 4-6 weeks and we will contact you with a more definitive ship date.

Returns/Exchanges:
Exchanges or refunds are not possible on wholesale items. If you are placing a first time order, we recommend starting small to see what will work best for you.
Upon receipt, if you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer care (barb@activeboomer.com) immediately for a RMA number and we will send a replacement. Claims for damages/shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
Name Drops:
All of our items are available for name drops with a 72 piece minimum and a nominal extra charge. Please contact us for details.
Custom Designs:
We are continually designing/creating new activities for Boomer. Watch for these in the “Coming Soon” section of our website. But if your store, group, team, etc. would like to request a special Boomer activity, please contact us. For a flat fee and an agreed upon minimum order, we can create a custom design for you.
